At sellerzones, we value our wholesale customers and strive to provide high-quality products at competitive prices. To maintain the integrity of our business operations and ensure fair and consistent transactions, we have implemented a strict No Refund, No Returns, No Exchanges policy.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Over-purchasing or incorrect quantity selection
  • Business restructuring, closure, or changes in demand
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events
  • Failure to resell or market the product effectively

Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. Please ensure that all details, including product selection and quantities, are correct before completing your order.

3. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any products purchased through our wholesale program. Reasons why returns are not accepted include but are not limited to:

  • Customer no longer needs or wants the item
  • Incorrect items were ordered by the customer
  • Minor variations in product appearance due to batch differences
  • Failure to read product descriptions, specifications, or terms before purchase

Since we deal with bulk orders, returning merchandise would disrupt inventory control and affect our ability to serve other wholesale customers efficiently.

4. No Exchanges Policy

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, we do not allow product exchanges. This means:

  • You cannot exchange one product for another after purchase.
  • We do not accept product swaps for different sizes, colors, or styles.
  • If an item is discontinued or out of stock after your order, we will notify you before shipment, but no exchanges will be permitted once shipped.
5. Inspection and Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our products and conduct thorough inspections before dispatching wholesale orders. However, due to the nature of mass production and logistics, there may be minor discrepancies in packaging, labeling, or product appearance. These do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

While we take all precautions to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, we are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. However, if you receive damaged or defective products, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items, including packaging and shipping labels.
  3. Our team will review the case and, at our sole discretion, determine if compensation (store credit or partial replacement) is warranted.

Please note that reports received after 48 hours will not be considered, and no replacements or credits will be issued.

7. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only allowed if the request is made before processing and shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact.sellerzone@gmail.com, and approval is not guaranteed.

8. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or customs clearance issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate shipping details at checkout
  • Track the shipment and follow up with the carrier for any delays
  • Cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, if applicable

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

9. Wholesale Account Responsibility

Wholesale customers are expected to:

  • Understand and comply with all terms of this policy before ordering
  • Ensure product listings and descriptions align with your own sales strategies
  • Maintain proper storage conditions for received products to avoid damage or degradation

We reserve the right to terminate wholesale accounts that fail to adhere to our policies.

10. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You accept full responsibility for the products purchased, including resale and storage.
  • You will not dispute or attempt to bypass these terms through chargebacks or complaints.
